Laurence Gouet has spent her entire career in the upstream segment of the oil and gas industry. Prior to her recent appointment in Total Gas & Power, she had been working in the E&P Strategy mainly on LNG and unconventional gas subjects.
Laurence Gouet held different positions in TOTAL since 1997 through a wide range of assignments both in France and internationally.
After two years working on the Yadana Gas project (Myanmar) in Singapore, she worked in E&P on prospect technical definition. From 2000 to 2007, she was assigned in TOTAL Gas & Power, working first on gas market liberalization, then gas infrastructures and business development. She was then appointed in South Africa as a business development manager for New Energies. In 2012, she was nominated Senior Analyst in the E&P Strategy.
Hélène BAUDOIN became in January 2016 External Relations Director in the new Business Line “Gas Chain” of ENGIE, providing business support to the 24 local Business Units of the Group around the world.
Hélène BAUDOIN graduated from the European Business School Paris, London and Frankfurt in 1986.
From 1986 to 1999 she worked for XEROX Corporation. She started as a Sales Representative and reached the position of Marketing & Communications Director on French Business Services markets in 1996.
In 1999, she joined ELYO (SUEZ Group) to launch the international Marketing Department on the fast growing Energy Services market. She also contributed to different cross-Group projects on SUEZ segmentation, e-business strategies…, before moving to SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT R&D as Innovation Marketing Director, starting in 2003 with a specific mission (management of a technological breakthrough project, in molecular biology) and then designing the Marketing plan for innovation in water and waste, together with R&D, Strategy and local Operations.
Two years later she became B2B Support Marketing Director at GDF SUEZ corporate level, with the objective of launching the Marketing network and managing strategic and operational projects in order to support global and local sales, by key industrial segments.
Then she held the position of Communications & Marketing Director in CPCU (Parisian heating network) from 2009 to 2011. She built and made an implementation of external & internal Communications action plan and Marketing & Sustainable Development, in the context of growth of interest of heating and cooling networks and contributed to the launch of GDF SUEZ competence centre for networks.
In 2012 she became Communications Director of Energy Europe, brand new GDF SUEZ Business Line, focused on generation and sales of energy in continental Europe. Her main challenge was to federate the European Communications community and coordinate the communications key actions, meeting new strategic orientations and the transformation project.
Then in May 2014 she joined ENGIE Marketing & Sales Business Unit of the Energy Europe Business Line, as Marketing Mix Director. In this role she had different responsibilities in the framework of construction and piloting European cross Marketing projects on the very challenging B2B and B2C commodities and services markets.
Bozena Cosser is a Director, Portfolio Manager in the Power and Energy Utilities department at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Bozena has acquired a wealth of banking experience in corporate and project finance, equity investment and portfolio management, from more than 150 projects. She holds an International Executive MBA from the ESCP Europe (Paris graduate school of management).
HideMs. Costanza Jacazio joined the IEA in November 2014, where she works as Senior Gas Expert at the Gas, Coal and Power Division. Prior to that, she was Head of macro and fuel analysis at Fortum - a large utility in the Nordics. In her role, she was working closely with the asset-backed trading team in optimising hedging strategies. She was also responsible for supporting the public affairs department and senior management on economic and fuel-related issues. Costanza was Senior Energy Strategist in
Barclays Capital Commodities Research team, between 2006 and 2011 and Gas Economist in BP between 2004 and 2006. Costanza holds a Msc. in Economics from Warwick University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Turin (Italy).
Lucie Roux is a Senior European Gas Specialist at Platts where she provides analysis and price indices for European gas and other energy markets.
Before joining Platts, she worked at ICIS Heren; her work focused on the Italian power and gas market and on the EU gas regulations.
From 2008 to 2012, she was a Research Associate at ESCP Business School in London. She has worked on several major research projects, with topics including accounting for sustainability in the UK, and energy issues including strategic risk management in European shale gas industry.
Lucie joined ESCP's Turin campus in 2005 as a coordinator for the Executive MBA and other international executive programmes.
She began her career in journalism and import-export in France, Italy and Russia. She also conducted market research in Saint-Petersburg for French and Russian start-ups seeking business partnerships.
Lucie holds a Master in Science of Information media and an Executive Master in Energy Management at ESCP Business School.
